Member pricing ($12 per 12oz box) is wholesale pricing, reserved for brands on a monthly plan — the subscription is what unlocks it. One-off orders are priced at retail ($18 per box) with zero commitment: no plan, no minimums, just design a box and order it. Case discounts bring the unit price down for larger orders, and if you order regularly, the $6 per-box member savings covers a $15 Base plan at about three boxes per month.
That's right - no minimums! Whether you're ordering one bag or a thousand, we've got you covered. This makes Roastify perfect for testing new products, fulfilling single customer orders, or scaling up for big events. You only pay for what you order.
The product price includes everything: freshly roasted coffee, your custom-printed packaging, quality control, and fulfillment handling. There are no hidden fees for design, setup, or storage. You pay the product cost + shipping, and that's it.
There are no setup, design, or storage fees. Guest orders pay the product and shipping totals shown at checkout. If you choose Base or Pro, the membership renews separately and each order still includes its applicable product and shipping charges.
Base ($15/mo) gives you the core 12oz coffee catalog, Developer API access, up to 50 saved unique product designs, and 3-4 business-day fulfillment. Pro ($49/mo) unlocks the full catalog including instant coffee, single serve pods, and matcha, plus up to 350 saved unique product designs, Roastify Stores, and 2-business-day priority fulfillment. Those limits count designs saved in your account, not different Roastify catalog products.
Yes! For wholesale orders placed directly through Roastify (not dropshipped), shipping costs decrease significantly with quantity. Orders of 45+ items drop to just $0.70/item for shipping. For very large orders or ongoing high-volume needs, contact us about Enterprise pricing with custom volume discounts on products too.
Absolutely. You can switch plans anytime from your account settings. Upgrades to Pro take effect immediately so you can access the expanded catalog right away. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
You set the retail price on your sales channel. Your margin is the customer payment remaining after Roastify product and shipping charges and any payment-platform or sales-channel fees. A standard member-priced 12oz box is $12 before shipping; review the current cart or pricing page for other formats.
